  O N E   T H O U S A N D !
by Joop Blokker
The wonderful collection of MMF files has grown and grown and now we have reached the 1,000 mile stone! The 1,000th MMF was shared by Rosemary; click HERE and have a look! I think that the words at the top of the stationery are very appropriate for this group. And I LOVE the music!

Many thanks go to everyone who was willing to share, we have a beautiful collection of FREE stationeries, sent by Mokum Mail Users for Mokum Mail Users. Thank you very much for #1,000 Rosemary and many thanks to each and everyone for the other 999 contributions! See them all...

In a Hurry..?
by Karen Shirron
Are you sometimes rushing to get through your mail or perhaps you have a laptop where the mouse is not always hooked up??  Remember that Mokum Mail has alot of shortcut key strokes!!

Below shows what you can use in the Main Window:

Highlight a message header line and then...
Open your Info Files by pressing F1 from most MM windows and type in "shortcut keys" and you will find a multitude of shortkey keys that you can use from not only the Main window, but also from the HTML Editor, your Mailbox, the WYSIWYG Editor, the Browser and the Table Wizard! By the way... unfortunately Windows Vista refuses to run Mokie's great WYSIWYG editor... Let's hope that Vista Service Pack 1 does a better job!

P.S. Keep in Mind...
Fall is here, the Holidays are just around the corner, and then it is time for MM v6.0 to be launched!!  Among the MANY new features that have been added in this past year, are even more "shortcut" keys to make life easier including the CTRL key for many functions.  So put some of those holiday pennies into a piggy bank so you are not left without this new exciting version of Mokie!

 A Little Trick...
by Joop Blokker
The other day I found a nice little trick that makes the creation of a photo story even easier. By placing pictures left and right and meandering your text around them, you can give your messages a very lively kind of 'newspaper' look. The only tricky thing is how to make sections of the text start at the next picture.

Until now we added a number of line-break tags, however, with those who have wide screen monitors rather than the "normal" size, the result can look quite different. Now here is the trick: You can add the CLEAR command to the STYLE of the line-break tag...

You can use clear:left. clear:right or clear:both to push the next line of text below a picture, no matter the size or the resolution of the monitor. You can see that I used it in this text; I put the extended line-break tag after the section that ends with: "...at the next picture."
Enjoy!

Holiday Shopping.
by Becky Darsey
Is it November already? Many of us will begin our Holiday shopping during this month, so why not keep Mokum Mail in mind while you are making plans for what to give? Mokie makes the perfect gift -- not only does your recipient get a great gift, but you reap the rewards of the lovely e-mails that will follow. And you could personalize your gift of MM by creating personalized themes for them, or personalized tags that can be included when they build their own themes.

How many people on your list would love to receive a gift that allows them to give? What is it worth to stay in touch with your friends and family while showing off your personal style? Only Mokum Mail gives you the versatility of e-mail, html scripting and browsing, all from one window. And that is only the beginning of the advantages of using Mokie. And don't forget, there are now over ONE THOUSAND MMF's on the server, FREE for any registered user. What a bonus!

Kind regards,

The Mokum Mail Team:
